Qualifying hotel room night bookings or package bookings earned in two or more different accounts may not be combined and redeemed altogether.

To be eligible for the Cash Reward, an ACRP member should accumulate the following:

a. For Hotel Bookings - Receive a 5% Cash Reward  whenever the 12 materialized room nights are reached within the span of 6 months from the 1st check-in date and 3% if the 12th room night is achieved after 6 months.

b. For Package Bookings - Receive a 5% Cash Reward whenever the SGD 1,500 worth of accumulated bookings are reached within the span of 6 months and 3% if the amount is achieved after 6 months.

The Cash Reward will be credited into the account within two months after the guest reached the qualified room nights; ie. 12 accumulative room nights or more and or the total accumulated package bookings worth SGD 1,500 and above.

The Cash Reward will be credited in Singapore Dollar (SGD) currency following the exchange rate preset by Asiatravel.com.

The customer must inform us of his credit card account for the Cash Reward before the stipulated expiry date as advised in our email.

The credit card account provided must be in good standing at the time of crediting the Rewards. In the event that the relevant Account is delinquent, voluntarily or involuntarily closed or terminated or suspended for any reasons whatsoever before the Rewards are credited into the said Account, Asiatravel reserves the right to forfeit the Rewards at its sole discretion.

Asiatravel reserves the right to vary the terms of or withdraw the Cash Rewards at any time without notice.

All questions or disputes regarding an individual's eligibility for the Program, or a Member's compliance with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by Asiatravel in its sole discretion.

Asiatravel reserves the right to withdraw a reward and/or claim back a reward if the booking did not materialize due to customer complaint/s, dispute,fraud cases etc.

The Program structure is subject to modification, cancellation or limitation at Asiatravel's discretion, with or without notice. The number of room nights to fully qualify may be adjusted, any benefit may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any benefit or its redemption may be imposed at any time. Benefits shall be valid only on properties participating in the Asiatravel Cash Reward Program as determined by Asiatravel. Participating properties will clearly display the CR logo and the booking process will clearly advise if the member is entitled to the program. Asiatravel shall not be held liable for any changes that result in the cancellation of a participating property from the program.

Asiatravel will not be liable or responsible in any manner for any tax consequences which may result from a Member's participation in the Program. Each Member is solely responsible for the payment of all taxes payable and benefits acquired as a result of such Member's participation in the Program and earning, conversion, holding and/or use of Benefits and for all applicable filing and reporting obligations. Members should consult with their tax advisors regarding the accumulation, conversion and use of Benefits.

In case of any dispute, the decisions of Asiatravel on all matters relating to the Rewards are final, conclusive and binding
