About Asiatravel Cash Reward Program
This is a program to reward our loyal customers with Cash Reward.
It is also a referral program to reward our customers with Cash for making bookings on someone's behalf.
How does it work?
The Asiatravel Cash Reward Program allows you to earn Cash for every booking made into the Asiatravel.com website. Each participating hotel page or tour package will visibly show this CR logo  to indicate that aside from enjoying the fantastic deals, you are also given the chance to qualify for this program.
a. For Hotel Bookings - Receive a 5% Cash Reward every time you reach 12 materialized room nights** within the span of 6 months from the 1st check-in date and 3% if the 12th room night is achieved after 6 months.
b. For Land Packages - Received a 5% Cash Reward every time you accmulate SGD1,500 worth of booking within the span of 6 months from the 1st tour date and 3% if the SGD1,500 is achieved after 6 months.

For Land Package Bookings - Receive a 5% Cash Reward every time you reach the SGD 1,500 worth of accumulated bookings within the span of 6 months and 3% if the amount is achieved after 6 months.
How will I know that I am qualified for the Program?
You will receive an email after making the first booking on or after the launching of the Program. This email contains your UserID and a link leading to "Your account" where you can create your own password

Will you credit a booking into my account if I book through your call centre?
No, the Program will only credit a booking into your account when it is booked from the website (www.asiatravel.com) by using your UserID and Password
I forgot to use my UserID and password during the time of booking, can I send an email to helpdesk@asiatravel.com to credit the room nights into my account?
No, the Program will only credit the room night/s into your account when it is booked from the website (www.asiatravel.com) by using your UserID and Password.
What should I do if I forget my password?
You can request password retrieval by using the 'Forgot your password?' link.
Can I qualify to your Program even though I do not have rooms to book yet?
You can also qualify by becoming a member of the Asiatravel Cash Reward Program. Please click this link to register and receive a login via email : htttp://book.asiatravel.com/membership/login . Use this login whenever you create a booking to credit the transaction under your account.
Will I qualify for a reward if I booked a land package?
Yes, you are entitled to a 5% Cash Reward when you book a package/s worth SGD 1,500 or more within 6 months from the 1st check in date. However, if the total of SGD 1,500 worth of packages are reached after 6 months, the cash reward entitlement will be 3%.
How do you compute the cash reward?
The cash reward percentage is based on the total transaction amount before taxes and service charge.
What is the Meaning of Room Night/s?
Number of room/s x Number of Night/s = Number of Room Night/s
What is the meaning of Materialized room nights?
Materialized room nights are room nights that are consumed. Example. If you book 2 rooms (check in date is 2 Jan 2011 and check out date is 6 Jan). Materialized room nights would be 4 nights x 2 rooms = 8 materialized room nights.
How do you keep track of the bookings?
The bookings are tracked through the unique UserID assigned to you.
How do I know that I've reached the qualifying criteria?
Upon reaching qualifying criteria which is 12 room nights or SGD 1,500 an email will be sent to announce your cash entitlement and to request your prefered credit card account to receive the rewards.
Where can I see a record of my bookings?
You can view the list of your qualified bookings at http://book.asiatravel.com/membership/login.aspx.
If I book on behalf of a friend and still use my User ID, will this be credited to my ACRP account?
Yes. The Asiatravel Cash Reward Program is also a referral program. Any bookings that were made on behalf of a friend or family are still definitely qualified for the ACRP, provided that you key in your User ID and password on the booking form during the booking process whenever you book for them.
Can I have my cancelled bookings credited towards my ACRP account?
No. Only materialized bookings that were made on and after the 15th of November 2010 are the ones qualified for the Asiatravel Cash Reward Program. Cancelled bookings cannot be considered for this program.

Can I request booking services through helpdesk@asiatravel.com?
No. Helpdesk@asiatravel.com can only attend to suggestions, concerns, questions, or inquiries regarding the Asiatravel Cash Reward Program. Bookings, cancellations, tour and itinerary suggestions can all be found at http://www.asiatravel.com.
What if I made a booking using a different User ID? Can I have them moved to another account?
No. The system used for the Asiatravel cash Reward Program can only recognize and credit bookings by User ID. If you made a booking using a different account, our system won't be able to credit this to any other account.
Can I merge two User IDs and combine their total bookings so I can hit the 12 room nights?
No. As the system used for the Asiatravel cash Reward Program can only recognize and credit bookings by User ID, there will be no way for us to merge two different accounts and combine their total bookings. Bookings on different accounts can only be credited to their corresponding User IDs.
If I reached more than 12 materialized room nights, will I get more than 5% cash reward?
12 room nights is the miniumum criteria you need to meet to enjoy the Cash Reward. We pay 5% of the total room nights materialized; example. If you reach 20 room nights, the cash reward entitlement will be based on 20 room nights x 5%.
What if I have accummulated more than SGD 1,500.00 worth of package bookings? Will I get more than 5% cash reward?
SGD 1,500 is the miniumum criteria you need to meet to enjoy the Cash Reward. We pay 5% of the total worth of package booked; example. If you accmulated SGD 2,000.00, the cash reward entitlement will be based on SGD 2,000.00 x 5%
Will I still get a cash reward if I decide to extend my stay in the hotel.
Yes, you will get a cash reward if you decide to extend your stay in the hotel. Just make sure the extension nights are booked online (www.asiatravel.com) with your UserID and password.
How do I become a member of the Asiatravel Cash Reward Program?
There are two ways in which you can become a member of this program:
- Make your first booking through http://www.asiatravel.com. Once your booking is confirmed, you will automatically become a member of this program, and an email will be sent to you including your membership details as well as an activation link.
- Or sign up as a member by clicking through the Cash Reward link on Asiatravel.com's homepage. After submitting your details, a confirmation email will be sent to you regarding your membership status.
How do you reward the Cash to me?
Once you reach the qualifying criteria, an email will be sent to announce your cash reward entitlement and to request for your preferred credit card account to receive this rewards. Or log on to http://book.asiatravel.com/membership/login.aspx to check on your reward history and entitlements. Please also ensure all incoming emails from www.asiatravel.com are not identified as Spam or junk. An email will be sent to you asking for your preferred credit card account to receive the rewards once you qualify for our Cash Reward Program.
How do I know when the money is credited into the credit card I have provided?
We shall send an automated email message right after the money is credited into the credit card account you have provided. Or log on to http://book.asiatravel.com/membership/login.aspx to check on your reward history and entitlements. Please also ensure all incoming emails from www.asiatravel.com are not identified as Spam or junk. An email will be sent to you asking for your preferred credit card account to receive the rewards once you qualify for our Cash Reward Program.
How long am I allowed to keep the Cash Reward entitlement in "My Cash reward Account"?
You can keep the Cash Reward entitlement before the offer expires. The expiry date is included in the email message which will be sent to you once you've reached the 12 materialized room nights. No claims are to be recognized after the expiry date.
Which currency will you use for my Cash Reward?
Cash rewards are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) with the exchange rate pre-set by Asiatravel.
What happens to those bookings prior to the launch of this Program?
Any bookings prior to the launch of the Program will not be credited into the Cash reward.
For Hotel Bookings - The first qualifying room night will start from the 1st transaction done after the launching date of this Program. (Launching Date = 15th Nov 2010)
For Land Package Bookings = The first qualifying package will start on the 30th of Dec 2010.
I have entered the password sent in the e-mail registered with the Asiatravel Cash reward Program, and it gives me the error message: "The information that you have entered is invalid." What am I doing wrong?
Your password is case-sensitive, so please check to ensure that you are entering the password correctly. If you have used the correct details and are still having problems, please send an email message to helpdesk@asiatravel.com for assistance.
Alternatively you can request password retrieval by using the 'Forgot your password?' link.
What if I did not receive my Member ID and password after making a booking?
If you do not receive your Member ID and password after completing the booking process, please send us the details of your Booking ID to helpdesk@asiatravel.com. We will retrieve the information and forward the details to the e-mail address we have on file.
What if I do not receive my Member ID and password after I register?
Please check your spam folder If you do do not receive your Member ID and password after the registration process, . Otherwise, you may email your concern to helpdesk@asiatravel.com

Will I be entitled to the Cash Reward if I use Asiatravel Cash Voucher to pay for my transaction?
Yes, bookings that are partially paid by using the Cash Voucher are entitled to receive the Asiatravel Cash Reward. Please see the below example which illustrates how the cash reward is calculated:
Example 1: (Hotel Booking)
