The place fell below my expectation. Room furnitures and fixtures are already old though working. Imagine the yellowish color of the microwave oven, you may notice that the carpet is already overused, they haven't upgraded to LCD TV yet. Nothing spectacular but I had a comfortable stay though.

I would suggest the hotel is more in line with a 4 star hotel, most defiantly not a 5 star hotel. They lack a huge amount of customer service, there is no extra mile or wow effect from any of the staff or services offered.
