Staff are friendly and polite. I think staff at Royal President are friendlier but that maybe because they know me well after so many years. The hotel has a touch of class about it and is furnished nicely. Nice lobby bar and piano area. Swimming pool is adequate. Have not tried room service but will try it in a few weeks when I go there again. Housekeeping is good and personnel polite. Security is good and personnel polite. Bathrooms are average and nothing special. Rooms are reasonably modern up to date, and the large LCD TV is nice.

It is good hotel but for Indians, breakfast Vegetarian is very less option so please improve the breakfast for Vegetarian. The service is good.
