Excellent place to stay. I inadvertently forgot to bring money when taxi dropped me at hotel after shopping. Their waiter Tui paid the taxi guy for me and I paid him back later.. WOW!! They are very relaxed on late checkout with no pressure and very helpful. Excellent managemnt with trouble free and smooth arrangement at very good and low price for 5 star facilities!! I wish they would provide complimentary Tuk Tuk to main road as it takes few minutes to walk.

The room is very clean, spacious and fully equipped. The breakfast is nice and have many choices. The fitness centre is spacious and provide the basic equipments. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room rate is reasonable and affordable. If I ever go Bangkok again, I will stay in this hotel.

As I posted on tripadvisor.com: Arrived in Bangkok after 10 weeks of travel in Thailand for a last stop and this is the best hotel of all that I have stayed at during this trip. Found the hotel when I was searching the Internet and did not think that the rooms would look anything like they do on the pictures - but they are spot on! Booked two rooms as we are a big family and everything is brand new and stylish, I really enjoy the room decor and finish of all. Good size bathroom with both tub and shower and beds are not hard like most of them are in Thailand, so a big extra + for that! To have a washer/dryer in the room is perfect. When the children watched Cartoon Network I put on a machine and all was clean and dry before bedtime. Feels wonderful to know that I do not have to do that as I get back home to Sweden. Free Internet in room with own laptop and hotelcomputers in lobby also free of charge. Breakfast is great with many alternatives for every taste. All fresh and the tvscreens showing morningnews in english was a pleasant surprise. Location is perfect, only minutes from the BST Phrong Phom and easy to walk even with a babystroller. Staff is very serviceminded and they all speak good English. I would like to compliment the hotelwebsite. Absolutely perfect - just like the Adelphi Grande. This is truly a hidden gem and I will return!

The hotel has spacious rooms which were very clean, modern, and bright. The location is only about 10 minutes walk from the nearest BTS station, Phrom Phong; although the hotel is located quite inside an alley (free shuttle tuk-tuk service is available occasionally) which makes it unseen from the main Sukhumvit road. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. 15 minutes walk to street food stalls area at night and on the opposite is Emporium Mall. For the price of about 2000 baht, this hotel is really a worthy choice.

We took the advantage of Baht 1,835 net for a deluxe room during the hotel's introductory offer. Everything here are ready. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent (much better than VIE Bangkok that we paid more), and surprisingly their lunch was also good in quality and culinary skill. We stayed in 3 different hotels this time, the VIE Bangkok a M Gallery Collect hotel, Adelphi Grande and the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok. When price factor counting, Adelphi Grande wins our top vote. Of course, if price factor not counting, that shall be the Mandarin Oriental wins our heart. The only hotel (from the above 3 mentioned) my sister would like to return for her next trip is - the Adelphi Grande, due to location, service, and price factor.

New, modern hotel located on a quiet street (no noise from the street or other rooms), near to Phrom Phong BTS station (7 minute walk), and so good connections to everywhere in Sukhumvit area. Excellent breakfast. The room (deluxe) consisted of big bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with modern machines and big bathroom. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool.
