I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel, which from the outside does not seem to amount to much and is even easy to miss because the entrance is so narrow and you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. I had booked one of the most expensive rooms based on the idea that it is better to be a big fish in a small pond and it is a gamble that paid off. For much less than the most basic room costs at one of the bigger hotels I got a very large bed, a balcony, A/C, modern bathroom, free wifi and a room decently sized and stylishly decorated with white brick walls and dark wood furniture. The hotel is spotless, the staff very polite and helpful, and they would work around my schedule to clean the room so that I was never inconvenienced. I highly recommend this hotel, their better rooms are good value for money and the hotel is ideally located for tourists who want to explore the city.

It is a nice hotel in good location. It doesn't have elevator. That is the only problem. The rooms are small similar to other HK hotels. The rooms are very clean and the staffs are very friendly.

Generally, it is quite a nice hotel with good amenities and nice decor. One of the good thing about the hotel is also their free wireless internet which is not common for a lot of hotels in Hk. The distance to the MTR is also manageable. However, there is no lift.... please think twice if you have heavy luggage

Before i checked in the hotel, i emailed them to find out which bus stop i should get off, they replied me with in 20mins! Upon checked in the lady @ the reception was friendly and polite. The room was very clean and though it's a small room, it was a cosy room. The location is excellent!! I asked for iron and iron board and they delivered to me straight away! I would like to stay @ this hotel again when i visit Hong Kong next time. Highly recommended!!
