Initially we were slightly skeptical about staying in a boutique hotel especially since that was our first time going to Bangkok. After calling the hotel to ask about a few more details, at the end we book it through Asia Travel. Once arrived, we got the upgrade to superior room (package/promotion booked from agency). The surrounding was quite peaceful, with a number of massage outlets nearby. There were a couple of convenient stores at the opposite. Asoke BTS (Sky train) is very near, about 5-7 minutes walking distance. The hotel is separate 2 buildings next to each other. Our room is in the next building from the lobby and bistro. In that building, there are coffee bar and 2 terminals of computer connected to Internet 24x7. I tried the house ice blend, it is superb (one of the baristas used to work in Starbucks). Our room is modern/urban looking, come standard with fridge, safe box, 32" LCD with all cable channels available, free wifi. What outstanding are the bed (one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on) and the bathroom shower. You have to see their website to know what I am talking about the shower. A small incident happened on the second night: the power tripped when we came back from watching movie at midnight. It took about 30 minutes for them to conclude that they needed to move us to another room. We had no complaint because we had a rather upbeat mood that night and we got another upgrade to their Deluxe room. The deluxe room is in the first (lobby+bistro) building. It is definitely more spacious with the transparent (with blind) bathroom/toilet. Comfort wise, besides being bigger, I think the Superior room is as nice. But we do not have anything to grudge about the upgrade, obviously :) The only thing I missed out is trying their bistro food. We did not book the room+breakfast package. Next time we visit Bangkok, we will not be hesitant to stay there again. This is one gem that I think many people overlooked. Highly recommended.

Pleasant, friendly and courtesy services. Room is decent but very clean and chic. Not much choices on the breakfast but that is minor. Will probably come back again.

The hotel is new, good location and convenient. My room is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, food quality is good, I will appreciate if the rental fee has a greater discount rate. I will book the room of this hotel if I visit Bangkok again.
