The hotel is new, the staff friendly, the room is clean and value for mony, the problem just the location which is little far from the main road in Pratunam but the hotel have a tuk tuk which is take you to the main road for free. I will come back again.

It was my first stay at this hotel but not my last that I can asure you! This hotel is just perfect! Very friendly people, spotless rooms and a good and affortable restaurant! It is located a bit from the main road but the hotel has a free shuttle in a 500 meters area! A special thanks to the friendly and helpful doormen who made our stay a real succes! I will recommend this wonderful cosy hotel to everyone! Andrew/Belgium.

Our stay at the Best Western Mayfair Suites was too short to comment much. We were upgraded to a Superior Suite even though we arrived at the Hotel in the early hours of the morning. This was superior service and kindness on the part of the front office staff. I would like to thank them. I would also like to mention the Chef here who packed lunch boxes for us as we had to catch an early morning flight and had to leave the hotel at 5 am.

The hotel is very clean, even the location is not in the main street, but they provide a free Tuk Tuk. Only the room service staff is little bit poor in English. During our stay, I asked them to borrow something to send to our room, and it took very long for them to deliver to our room. When I checked, they deliver to wrong room (even I mentioned our room number clearly). But overall, I will be happy to stay in this hotel again if I have chance to go to Bangkok.

The hotel is new and very clean. The staff is also very courteous and helpful especially the guy that provides the tuk-tuk service from the hotel to nearby areas for free. The only downside is the location as it is at the end of an interior street but overall location is very good as it is near places like Pratunam and even Mbk and Siam Square. I can definitely recommend the hotel to others and there is big certainty that I will be back in this hotel.

Best budget hotel ever.Good sized rooms though putting an extra bed makes it a bit cramped.They should have rooms with at least a twin and queen size beds for 3 pax. Everything in the room is spotless, nice sheets, clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. Only, location is not near main road. Suggest that the tuktuk service reach up to the BTS station or Centralworld. Would stay here again

Hotel room was good, breakfast is good for Muslim people because no pork was serve. Location quite far from the main road. Good hotel to stay if do not mind to walk to the main road.
