It is quite common to offer free broadband internet service at the hotel rooms in many parts of the world. If Hotel Jen can offer the same, it will certainly promote their image. Also, it will be greatly helpful if Hotel Jen can provide a scale for the travellers to weigh their luggages so that they can avoid the problems of having overweight luggages at the airport.
