Do not be put off by the fact that this hotel is in Tsuen Wen area. Closer to airport and areas such as Lantau Island, Disneyland etc. of which you will be wanting to visit, via the superb MTR system.. New air conditioned hotel coach can have you in the centre of Kowloon (or Mong Kok) in a matter of minutes,, and back!. Runs every hour. Book at the concierge area.. Being outside of HK and central Kowloon, the hotel rooms are slightly larger and hence, the facility of both shower and bath are included. Want to eat in? No problem! Microwave, dishes, cutlery, mini bar, tea making facilities, all there in the room. Plenty of 7-11 type shops and eateries all around the mall area where hotel is situated.. Nice pool area with gym and sauna etc. Towels provided. Buffet Breakfast a bit repetative (included if you book with Asia travel I think) but well worth it to start the day off. Apart from the morning catering, (a bit lazy in replacing the offerings) this hotel maintains a very high standard. Nothing is too much trouble. Get to know "Kris" (in the concierge area). A mine of information and very helpful. (That guy will be manager of that place one day!) ;-) This was my second visit to HK. This time we stayed for 2 weeks (party of 3) and if I was to return, this hotel would still be on my list of preferences. We stayed on a high, no smoking floor in a Panda+ room. I am told the "exec rooms" on the 20th floor are superb. Great if you are just a couple but they accommmodate only two people.
