Had a memorable stay in October 2009 for 3N with my family with 2 kids. Though the rooms are a bit small, all essential amenities were provided. Room service was really prompt and efficient. Breakfast was quite good with sufficient variety. Free Shuttle service was really helpful for travel to shopping and sight seeing areas. Check-in and check-out was very smooth and fast. The staff at the reception should have been more courteous and with a smile on their face (But this drawback is observed in most of the hotels in HK). I would give it a 4* for overall experience. All in all the hotel is recommended for short stay for family, friends or individuals too.

Nice hotel. Good price quality. Friendly staff. Only price for breakfast buffet and especially dinner buffet far too high.

The shuttle bus from and to the hotel is very punctual.

It is good to value choice for moderate price hotel. The staff is very attentive. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended. It would be even better if cable internet is upgraded to wifi in the room.

Very good value for money. The Shuttle bus service was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Kowloon Metropark to everyone. Excellent. The hotel kindly kept my bags in store after checkout all evening. Very good service and very pleased with this hotel in every aspect.
