Very welcoming service at the reception desk, the young man, whose name I have now forgotten, was employee of the month, and I can understand why - nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was very quiet (most important) comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was beginning to show its age, but perfectly adequate.
Breakfast 'spread' was immense, but, I can never understand why most 4 star hotels in Bangkok fail to serve bacon when they are advertising an American or English breakfast??? One of the most important ingredients of Breakfast, not a thin, wet piece of ham or a tinned sausage!!
Anyway, that said, it is the only complaint I have of Windsor suites and I would stay again.
