The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but this hotel is not exactly set in the most pleasant or most convenient location. Not much choice in the way of eating places around too. A plus point, though, is that the airport express bus (A21, if I recall correctly) takes you almost right to the door step, so if you are on a brief stopover, and still want to be reasonably close to Central without paying high room rates, this is quite a good choice.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD WE ENJOYED THE ROOM VERY MUCH. THE CHINESE PEOPLE ARE VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY. I HAVE BEEN ALL OVER THE WORLD AND I THINK THE CHINESE PEOPLE ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE ANYWHERE. THE SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD COMPARED TO ANYWHERE.

A very adequate hotel offering large, upgraded rooms for a very good price, albeit, a bit far from the center of the island. But, the value is good and Central is only a 15 minute tram ride. HK$2!! Service with a smile.
