Its a great place for travellers. Simple and no-frill place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. A must try except if you expect full suite services because this is really a family-like hotel.

Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms are basic, clean, and good for a night of sleep. I like to use the hotel as a base for travel outside Bangkok, since the location is convenient for access to both airports and the Northern Bus Terminal. Distance to the BTS train line is a bit inconvenient, though taxis are usually available.

The staff were very friendly. The food was good. The room was clean. The hotel was a walk away from the shopping centers and the sky train. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Bangkok City Suite, service very good, but a bit far from town. Mr. Shen service very good he recommend us the tour the price reasonable. Room big and breakfast OK.

My friends and I really like this hotel. We have been there twice in two years. It doesn not look beautiful on the outside and the rooms are pretty simple, but we totally dig their service. It is only a 35Baht taxi ride to Platinum Fashion Mall, the best place to shop for women's fashion!
