Location: Situated on the River Kwai, Kanchanaburi. Only 190 km. from Bangkok by road, and another 40 mins by boat (only accessible by boat) By Car : Drive along the route No.323 until you reach the main town of Kanchanaburi (It will take you about 2 hours and a half on an estimates 129 kilometer way) Keep driving on Saeng-Chuto Road until you see the junction and turn left as soon as you see the sign post telling you to go along the Saiyoke-Thong Pha Phum route (still on the 323 High Way). Then it will take you about an hour more to get to Pakseng pier (From the main town - River Kwae Bridge - It's about 54 kilometers more to go on) Before 2 Kilometers more that leads you to Saiyoke-Noi Waterfall, you will see the alley on your left handside beside Saiyoke Caf Restaurant with the sign post at the corner indicating the name of Sommai Restaurant as well as the River Kwai Jungle Rafts. Then just keep driving along that alley (just only go straight on, please do not turn left or right) and within 5-10 minutes more you will see the Kwae Noi River in front of you and Sommai Restaurant on your right handside. You can easily contact the officers there to look after.
