It is a fantastic hotel for the price, the facilities are great, best location for shoppers and tours alike, 5 minutes walk from the BTS sky train station.
Bang in the middle of all the street shops for excellent bargains and deals!
I stayed there twice in the Grand Deluxe rooms, 1 night, then on way back from Phuket: for 5 nights. I rated 3 in service because I had faced delays from housekeeping in fixing the hair dryer that my wife wanted to use. Then we had to wait a long time for bell captain to transfer my luggage from room when I was checking out!
Whoever is about to book should try to get a hotel at the front for a better view. My room was at the back side and the view was not so pretty :P
Will I go back there? Yes I will!! Do I recomend the hotel? Yes I DO!
