Great Hotel in an excellent location. Close to basically everything a person needs in Manila. Could not fault it in any way, even if I had too. ALL Staff and Management are most welcoming to everyone. Would recommend this Hotel to anyone and everyone. Already plannig my 2010 trip!

The room we stayed in was very comfortable and quiet just the way we like. The hotel staff from the reception and bell staff to the lobby restaurant were very accomodating and friendly. They made our stay a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I was in Manila for just an overnight stay, so I selected Bayview because of the low price and proximity to the airport and US embassy. The hotel is older and just about everything could be considered average, however the breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. I would recommend this hotel for budget travelers.

My complain was very well received, Manager did handle the matter immediatly, which I am thankful. I will stay in Bayview again. Just need little more work on the breakfast buffet beside that everything else was excellent.

I made the reservation through Asiatravel and the price is attractive. The room was comfortable and big but needs some renovation. Harbour view from the room is excellent and location is just very convenient to malls, historical background. Front desk and customer service personal are very polite and helpful. All staff service is great and always have smile on their face. Allowed early check-in and late check-out without surcharge. The thing I do not like are no free internet and breakfast needs some improvment. I would like to recommend this Hotel to others.

Hi, as usual always pleased with my Asiatravel bookings (only one I ever use ) but just one point. In this day I would expect Free internet wifi connection at a hotel of this standard also in all rooms. Paying would put some repeat customers off returning. My best wishes until a few days when again I will book though Asiatravel.
