Although this hotel is a little old by today's standards, it is clean and spacious. The two window A/C units blow cold air but I turn them off when I leave to conserve energy. The kitchen is well furnished with cups, plates, fork, knives, spoons, pots, and pans. The members of the hotel staff are very courteous and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay and plan to stay at this place again.

Direct located in a pub area (red light district) of Makati, easy access to airport (approx. 200 Peso) and Makati shopping malls (less than 100 Peso). No restaruarnt but plenty of food sources nearby, also easy access to convenience stores and laundry shops.

This was my 2nd time I stay in Citadel, as before its near to shopping and tourist places, staff is so kind, service is great and most of all value for money, I like to stay again in this hotel.

It is a cheap hotel USD 45/night for a one bedroom. It is ok but not more. If you are travelling on a shoestring (budget) its ok. I prefer the City Gardens for USD 70 but much better with a rooftop pool and bar.

The hotel is okay but the amenities are a little lacking, no mini bar in the room and the restaurant is not open at all on a sunday, but having said that the staff are friendly and helpful, an ideal hotel for a stop over but not really my idea of a long term stay hotel.
