The hotel rate keeps on going up every year. The only reason I keep on choosing this hotel is because of the excellent service - treats me and my wife like VIPs.

I think this hotel is fantastic. The staff are very friendly, polite and very helpful. The rooms are a good size, always clean with comfortable beds and also a digital safe in every room. Every time I come to Makati I always stay at the Best Western Astor Hotel. Its within easy reach of all the malls, restaurants and other shops including scuba stores! Great value for money, hassle free and the breakfast is just Fantastic. Its a Great Hotel With Great Staff.

I had a very good hotel picking the Astor, I have stayed there before and this time I left for a visit elsewhere in the Philippines and came back. The people there are always the best. I will definitely stay there again. I am based in USA and return home to the Philippines often. Great job by the staff.

We stayed in this hotel last September 2009 and we were so happy and satisfied with the service provided us. My mom needed a wheelchair to move around and the staff provided us with one. It was fortunate that nobody else needed it so we were able to use it the whole time we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The buffet breakfast is great. The security is excellent cautious but not invasive. The staff are very friendly. I would go there again.

I actually enjoy staying at the Western Astor Hotel. Been there many times. Only thing I don't like is they don't give you free internet access. When you're paying $58 a night for a hotel, it should definitely be included. James P. Otterson S.E. Asia Travel
