This is one very excellent hotel...With very warm and friendly staff services from the front-desk, the rooms were very well cleaned up and it looks like as if we are staying in a 5-star hotel... And what is more, the buffet (Salt Water Cafe) is really good...The food is really excellent (the same goes for the staff working there). All in all, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone! :)

The service was fast and efficient. I got checked into my room in less than 10 mins. Love the room and there was a bathtub in it did not expect to have it though with a price of $106. Really enjoyed my stay however there were limited channels in the TV program, otherwise everything was excellent.

Good hotel, even it could be excellent. The only thing is a little bit far away from the center. On the other hand, it is perfect for people who have to stay just one night or max 2 nights. I would come back there.

I arrived at the hotel around 7 a.m. on 9/5/09 with my toddler feeling very tired and so home sick. I had to fly again the next morning. The officer at the front desk was so kind to give me an early check-in and two vouchers for complimentary tea/coffee to use while waiting for the room to be ready. My baggage was also stored away for safety. I finally was able to check-in around 9 a.m. This is something I will never forget as long as I live and Changi Village Hotel will be a very fond memory. The room was also very clean and all amenities were available for a comfortable stay. I wish to thank the front desk officer and everyone else who worked that morning to make an early check-in possible for me and my son. Changi Village Hotel, may you prosper with every passing day!

The hotel was nice indeed but it was too far from the city, I need to take a bus to the nearest MRT station. I have been staying in this hotel twice first was for business and second was for a nice vacation. I have nothing to complain about this hotel....:)

I have stayed at Changi Village Hotel a few times, on certain occasion the deluxe room size differs. Perhaps having breakfast vouchers with the rooms would be good too. The service is excellent. Keep It up.
