The hotel was good - didnt have any problem at the time of check in & check was very fast no hassles. We didnt have any problem getting food at odd hours & needless to mention very good morning buffet at Global Kitchen

We immediately got a upgrade to a balcony room when ours is not available at the time of check-in. Full of service personnel is at the lobby reception to welcome the guests. Easy access to shopping mall especially with baby stroller. Thumbs up!

Superb Hotel location with easy access to shopping and moving around places such as attractions and dining. Will definitely love to come back to this hotel if price is affordable.

We had a great stay at the Pan Pacific Singapore. Our first room felt a bit warm but they immediately had it checked and when we requested for a room transfer, it was immediately accommodated.

Situated at best place in Singapore. Very co-operative staff on reception of the hotel. Overall very good view of the city from the balcony. Have to improve on the service department a bit. At least worth staying in your hotel for the money I paid. In indian language PAISA VASOOL.
