Well on our arrival it was easy going to check in but they took my wife and I to a room that had two very small single beds, we asked for something better as I would hang out of the beds, after talking to reception they were very helpful and upgreded us....I would reccommend them to others as long as they ae given the right bed sizes.... it is just out a little far from the centre of town .

We had some difficulty locating the hotel based on the diagram attached at the website. We contacted the hotel staff and they eventually guided us to the correct location, which was amidst other highrise condominiums. We were checked in quickly but were shocked to learn about the size of the room...it was like many hotels in New York City: TINY! We went down to ask the concierge if they had given us the correct room as we had paid extra for a larger room. The staff swiftly assured us that we had the correct room and briskly brought us around to the other levels and show us rooms that looked like a store-room ..without any windows! Other than the size and location, our stay was a pleasant one. The rooms were well furnished and the restaurant food was good. Breakfast was terrible...Nasi Lemak with some porridge. We had to sit at the verandah..with plenty of houseflies for company. Would we go back...maybe..when the place is done up because there was a lot of renovation works going on at the ground floor and the whole place looked like a condominium that is being upgraded to become a hotel.
