The hotel is conveniently located to malls and transportation. Staff are friendly and helpful. Micro wave oven should be standard in all room. Wi-fi is too expensive - this normally is free. Parking is free, this is a bonus.

The hotel is very clean. They have friendly hotel staff. Good food also. We had our buffet breakfast there. I will stay again in this hotel soon. Good value for money.

I reserved a junior suite room but fortunately I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite to my surprised. Probably all junior suites are already taken but nevertheless it was a welcome gesture for them. My only complain in this hotel is actually their breakfast buffet. No ample choices and food is too common. I am a breakfast person and I prefer variety but it was ok, at least I could only eat less amount. Have not experienced any "service" from this hotel except if I ask them to hail me a cab. I can manage carrying my bags to my room and bringing it down as well. I have not asked for any special request so far since I only stayed overnight.

We really enjoyed the Lancaster, from the first yelps when the kids found the roof top swimming pool. On the downside however the design of the condo's are a bit cramped especially we thought, of the en suit in the master bedroom, one would need to be a midget to fit in and enjoy!! Also self locking door knobs and no keys!! That aside we will probally stay there again as we found, for us, the location was good.

Overall is good. The complimentary breakfast is not good at all. Before lancaster, we came from 3 different hotels and so sad that lancaster is, I can say the lowest in the rank.
