We stayed at both the superior rooms and water bungalows and both were excellent, facing the sea and nice decoration. The staff were helpful and activities were organised daily for us. Great for snorkelling and dolphin watching as well. Chaaya is one of the few resorts with great surfing sites. It is good that Chaaya Island has their own PADI school, which means that we can find out whatever we need from the instructors themselves and the diving sites there are simply fantastic - with Manta rays, turtles, Moray eels and much more.. the only qualms we have about the resort is the repetitive dishes for breakfast and dinner buffet and their lack of other sea sports like kayaking/canoeing, parasailing, banana boat or wakeboarding...
