For a 3 star hotel you cannot beat it. If 5 star is required, there are plenty of those hotels (with prices to match) nearby. Well located too. Good in-room internet connection, good buffet breakfast, friendly staff, highly recommended. Only one very small complaint...do not rely on them for a morning wake up call!!

Clean hotel and easy access to the airport the next day. The view was unimpressive due to a building blocking it.

Stayed 4 nights. Extremely quiet. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Great location for business or shopping. Right across the street from Park Square 1 and the Glorietta malls (5) and SM. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed for 2 nights in August, the rooms were nice and clean although the Cebu Regency was much nicer when were there last Dec 08. I would definitely come back next week for another stay considering the value. I just wish they upgrade the towels which seems too old. I rate the place Good overall.

We come from Puerto Princesa City. When we check in we would like to have our room right away. The staff are very polite and accomodating.
