I was very impressed with the hotel. The decor was very modern and tasteful...the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. As my first time in Philippines it made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable and the value for money was fantastic. In fact I have told some friends that your service puts some of our hotels in Australia to shame!!...I plan to return to the Philippines in October and will certainly be booking the A.Venue again...Well done guys...good job, please keep it up!!

Great location, great price. Newly built and furnished.
Living room with flat screen, separate bedroom with flat screen. The shower/tub area, as many have complained is small. It is fine if used as designed.....shower by sitting on the elevated step in tub.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean and roomy. Only negative thing I can say is that the bathrooms and the shower/tub is very small.

The hotel is very convenient and nice; rooms are very well space, nicely arrange to a clients stay. Value of its cost is very affordable. Overall, the hotel is very worth in staying.

I have stayed at the A.venue Hotel Suites many times since right after they opened. As an intrinsic component
of a planned hotel area community completed prior even to most other projects even beginning,you knew you were getting an incredible value and that a normalized price may be nearly double. The service is excellent, very friendly and accomodating. The one downside is some managerial lack of experience on interpreting their policy in grey areas that there is not a specific response for in their operating manual. Thee restaurant food is above average, and by the way they make pina coladas, they should consider expansion of bar service. Their infinity pool is wonderful, and temperature is kept at as moderate level, unlike the arctic chill you feel coming from the majority of manila hotels. One frustrating issue is their wireless connection. Initially it was free and worked ok, especially in the lobby area. Now they charge feees higher than most, with poor service and sporactic connections. Overall pretty good, the a.venue suites still has some growing pains that are overdue to have been corrected
