The hotel was inviting and accomodating. It is a walking distance to Ayala Mall and other business address. The buffet breakfast was very good. There was a lot of food choices. I like to recommend this and would like to stay again on our next visit.

Great friendly service, good food, clean..Would have preferred to have mini fridge stocked after every day (if used) so that when we were billed it would have been more accurate. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and its great each time.

I booked a room here because a conference I was attending was held here, so it was handy not to have to travel around Cebu City to reach my conference. The room was a reasonable size, and the facilities were fine. I especially liked the free internet (through the ethernet cable found in each room). There was not always a lot of hot water (but again, in the tropics, this is less crucial). It is of course very conveniently located for the Ayala Centre. The swimming pool is rather miniscale. Overall, at P3,200 per night, I thought it was good value.

I have stayed at the Parklane many times and the staff has always been friendly and accomodating. The price for the hotel is normally a bargain when booking on Asiatravel. The hotel is convenient to the Ayala Mall and nightlife.

Good location within Ayala. Construction makes the beginning of the walk not so nice, but after a few minutes all is within reach. Nice modern hotel with good restaurant. Overall good value. Check-in and check-out is slow, but all else is good.

Very classy lobby and good customer service. Most of the room service is all right and the Basil restaurant they have there is great, but it is better to just walk five minutes to the Ayala Mall Terraces and choose from the dozen or so places to eat there. The location is nice but like others have said that building being constructed next door is noisy and makes an unsightly view.

Walking distance to Ayala Centre, very convenient for shopping/food/cinema. From hotel to airport, taxi driver refused to switch on the taxi meter and charge us 300 pesos.
