Great location within easy walking distance of Petra itself along with not too far a drive from little Petra. Two nice pools although could do with having some loungers but reception staff were very helpful and breakfast was fab. Do not forget to walk just up the road to Al Sharikan restaurant. Just been opened and Ashrf serves great food and can arrange a BBQ night at Little Petra for a very reasonable price. The Hotel has some dated rooms, which still are not bad but the new area will be spot on when its finished. Simon & Jo

The Petra Palace Hotel is ideally situated for those wishing to visit the Petra site. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The real plus for this booking was the location: only hundred meters away from the main entrance of Petra site! This means a lot when you know that from Wadi Moussa, where most of the hotel are, you need a taxi twice a day to the site. Good value for money.
