Hotel location and price are the factors that I would choose this hotel again unless I find another hotel that is cheaper. Staff is courteous except for a waiter at the breakfast lounge. Forget about having breakfast in this hotel, for my 5 day stay I had the same breakfast everyday. On the 3rd day I had to go to McDonald's to change the variety and never went back. Rooms were clean but the corridor reeked of smell of cigarette. TV had limited channels. I requested housekeeping for 2 extra pillows and they said they can only spare me one. Overall, I would look for another hotel FIRST before booking on this one next time I visit Singapore.

The rooms were very clean..The air conditioning was the problem. There was no regulator to adjust the temperature.

Grand Central was a super location, they were very gracious and helpful. The beds are way too hard, but otherwise a fairly good deal for the money. Thanks Grand Central. I appreciated my time with you and will likely book again.

Location is quite strategic although the hotel is a bit old. Staffs are helpful and several food satll just right in front of the hotel serving reasonable price foods. Overall, hotel location is worth with the price.
