I love the hotel! The best part of it is undoubtedly the location. Robinson's Galleria is my favorite mall in Ortigas and I have been to Shangri-la and Richmonde. You have the mall, the best massage place in the mall(Annie's), Max's restaurant, laundry can be done at Megaplaza for $.50 per kilogram. If you get sick of the Galleria, Podium and Megamall are a brief walk away. Easy access to Makati. Once again, this is my favorite hotel in Manila and I have been around.

Only that the hotel from the walking in coridoors you feel that the hotel looks as of old building, therefore I suggest that the managment of the hotel start repainting the hotel from inside specially the wooden parts of the inner docorations.

Very clean, very nice rooms. Ideally located next to a mall but everything else is a taxi drive away and the traffic is very busy in this location. Staffs are courteous and efficient. Whilst not in an ideal location, the stay was pleasant enough to compensate and would definately consider staying here again on my next visit.
