Very spacious room and the front counter staff are very friendly. A very good location too. Will recommend friends to stay and will stay at this hotel again if we visit KL. We had a very wonderful stay.

Stayed 3 + 3 nights OCT - NOV at this hotel. Extra bed was not ready upon arrival. Safelocker was showing error twice, had me worried but all was well. Walking distance to Bukit Buntang, China Town and other places. Nice and very clean Hotel. Shuttle service to KLCC at 2pm and China Town at 9pm only subject to limit, never use timing unsatisfactory. Beware of stationary taxi charges outside hotel, use meter one by walking a bit further. Would go back again.
