The location is excellent, great for shopping and for food. The room is clean (non-smoking floor) and quiet. Staff are friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay in this hotel again for future trip to KL.

Had a very comfortable stay, all needful amenities were available in the room. Room was also very comfortable, spacious. The best thing was free Internet facility provided in the room. A very basic need for any businessman. I would love to stay again in Melia Hotel again.

Had a pleasant stay @ Melia KL except : - 1) Morning breakfast time supposedly to be from 6.30am - 10.30am..Was there at 10am sharp...no more salad & cheese...waited for 1/2 hr and there was no replenishing of these as well..The basics in the mornings which I believe all guests would like to have as a healthy good start to their morning b/fast! Please try and improve! 2) Time for at least some upgradings to be done especially to the toilets as its quite worn out!

We are happy with the Melia Hotel, KL. They give a good service, also the breakfast. The main point is: they allowed us to retain one of the room until 16.00pm, even the check out time is 12.00pm. I am satisfied with the hotel, and I recommend it to the others.

My whole family has been staying at Melia on all our tript to KL. Its near our coach stop (Spore to KL) and also near to the Imbi LRT station. Very very accessible as its walking distance to most malls in Bukit Bintang area. They have a good variety of items at their breakfast buffet and our hotel cost come with breakfast. Room is clean and very spacious. Will stay here on future trips. Tho hotel might want to consider adding a ramp to their entrance for strollers and wheelchairs access.
