The hotel was great in many ways. It was very close to all the action, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The staff at the tourist desk were great however the company they use to go to the Cameron Highlands leaves much to be desired.

Could not fault the whole stay except renovations were occuring that we were not informed about so a lot of noise at early morning and late at night. Had great service and meals.

Hotel amenities, rooms, service and value for money was as expected. You get what you pay for. Certainly recommend for families on short stays. Location wise is close to main shopping district and main city tourist attractions.

Very good hotel staff, go out of their way to help if you have any problems. Have stay at this hotel quite a few times and never had any trouble. When we arrived we were put into a smoker room which we did not want and the bell boy had it changed to a non smoker with no problems. Breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from.

I am from Singapore and having drove up to KL, I was glad that this hotel had its own secured carpark in the basement which is free for guests. Checking in was painless and hotel staff was kind to ask if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room. Room is very clean and nicely equipped. Hairdryer, ironing board, large sliding closet etc. Very nice. Location is very good, with the malls of Bukit Bintang all close back and within a short walk. So is the local monorail station. In all, I would recommend the Dorsett Regency Hotel to anyone who is looking to visit KL and wants a nice, clean, comfy room to spend the night after a long day of shopping, eating, exploring and fun. Cheers!
