Good location and good service. One of disappoint are price at tour desk is too expensive. Budget taxi driver in the hotel monopoly the hotel guest with their own price, and will not allow us to ride other taxi that used meter. The best way is get taxi is outside the hotel on the street.

The service at the front desk was excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was very central, near to MRT stations and right in the centre of orchard road. The breakfast was average because it had wedding decorations at the time and the food selection was fairly limited. overall, an excellent stay and would definately return again. We accidentally booked an extra night and the front desk were very helpful in changing this and returning the extra money. When I received a phone call when I was not in my room, they were very prompt in sending this message to the room. Very helpful and made the stay enjoyable.
